Shipping Policy:
1) On-Demand/Flexi Delivery:
a) If you choose on-demand delivery, your order will be delivered after it has
been processed and completed at any time from 11 am to 8 pm. (Same day for
On-Demand/Next day onwards for Flexi)
b) The delivery fee is as follows:
· The base delivery charge for all orders at www.kgrocer.com is RM8.
c) Your delivery distance will be calculated from the following online outlets,
depending on the postcode you entered:
- K Grocer Bukit Baru
- K Grocer Batu Berendam
- K Grocer Krubong
- K Grocer Ayer Keroh
d) It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in
the website/mobile app is accurate and complete. K Grocer Online will not
be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect
delivery information.
2) Pick Up @ K Grocer:
a) If you opt for in-store pick-up, there are 2 slots to collect your order:
b) There is no charge for Pick Up @ K Grocer.
c) If you select the Pick Up @ K Grocer option during checkout, you may
self-collect your order at the following outlets:
- K Grocer Bukit Baru
- K Grocer Batu Berendam
- K Grocer Krubong
- K Grocer Ayer Keroh
d) Our pick-up point is located near the Cashier Counter in all our outlets.
e) It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in
the website/mobile app is accurate and complete. K Grocer Online will not
be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect
delivery information.
